Sometimes, it takes courage to listen to our own voice. I take here voice in a wider sense, not just for the sound making type, but also for the written type. It’s your voice, your ideas. Not others. Yours.
It’s alright to have doubts, to hesitate. So, you do it in closed circles. To get used to it. To get used to criticism. To get, perhaps, some encouragement from friends, or some indication to follow a different path.
The biggest sin is, always, to stay closed, to never go into the light, the open. It’s your voice and you feel ashamed of it. So, you stay mute.
